Bluff

Daily Social Deduction Betting Game

Bluff is a nightly social deduction game where friends respond to a daily prompt with one photo and one claim—and everyone decides: truth or bluff? Inspired by the gap between what people say happened in Vegas and what actually happened, it turns that contrast into a lightweight, repeatable social game.

Each round, players post one image + captioned claim, secretly tag it as Truth or Bluff, and friends vote while wagering chips. After the reveal, the app settles everything automatically: voters earn chips for correct reads, and posters profit when their bluffs fool the room.

Built for RebelHacks with TanStack Start and Convex. TanStack Start powers the app UI, and Convex provides the real-time backend (queries/mutations, schema, and scheduled jobs) that runs daily round creation and reveal settlement.
